Position Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the company s business development and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities

Client Visits and Field Learning

• Accompany senior sales and marketing professionals during client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Observe and understand the client interaction process including needs analysis, product demonstration, handling objections, and closing techniques.
• Take detailed notes during meetings and contribute insights or observations during team debriefs.
• Assist seniors in setting up meeting materials, presentations, and promotional content for client visits.

Learning and Skill Development

• Learn technical details of the company s products or services from senior staff and product specialists.
• Absorb and practice communication strategies, sales techniques, and negotiation skills under the guidance of senior mentors.
• Participate actively in training sessions organized by the management to build product knowledge, customer service capabilities, and marketing fundamentals.
• Study market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior patterns as part of ongoing self-development.

Sales and Marketing Support

• Assist in executing marketing strategies, including on-site promotional activities, events, product launches, or exhibitions.
• Support the development of sales materials, client presentations, and marketing collateral as directed.
• Coordinate follow-ups with potential clients after meetings or marketing events to gather feedback and support conversion.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily or weekly field activity reports, summarizing client visits, observations, customer queries, and key learnings.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and ongoing tasks in coordination with the CRM system or reporting tools used by the company.
• Share feedback from the field with senior team members to help improve sales and marketing strategies.

Internal Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to stay aligned on company goals, updates, and new initiatives.
• Attend internal meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and participating in team discussions.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating records, as needed.
