Roles and Responsibilities:-
& Answer inbound calls from healthcare professionals regarding medical product and service inquiries.

& Resolve issues related to benefits, claims, and eligibility for individual or multiple customers.

& Handle non-clinical Utilization Management issues.

& Transfer calls for non-medical Company products and services.

& Potentially support fax administration, conducting research and preparing documents.

& Authenticate customer and healthcare professional information.

& Accurately document all call information in our system.

& Utilize existing resources to resolve concerns efficiently.

& Maintain professionalism and positive working relationships.

& Validate and organize received information for accessibility.

& Participate in online training for ongoing updates.
