Site Operation Executive

Job Title: Site Operation Executive Reporting To: & Operations Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented& Site Operation Executive & to oversee daily site activities, ensure smooth execution of projects, and maintain operational standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure project completion within schedule and budget.
• Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and contractors for smooth workflow and delivery.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain daily records of work progress, manpower, and resources.
• Resolve site issues promptly and effectively to avoid project delays.
• Ensure proper use of materials and prevent wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks during and after completion.
• Support logistical arrangements, equipment handling, and workforce allocation.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site operations, project coordination, or site supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work on weekends or extended hours when required.
