Field Sales Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role involves visiting prospective and existing clients on-site, pitching products or services, closing sales deals, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-driven, and passionate about achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized engagement and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation and Client Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits with clarity and confidence.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies.
• Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients about new products, upgrades, and promotions.

3. Market Intelligence and Reporting

• Collect and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing visits, sales, and client interactions.
• Work closely with the sales manager and internal teams to improve sales strategies and meet business goals.

4. Promotions and Campaign Support

• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, roadshows, and campaigns when required.
• Distribute marketing materials and product samples during field visits.
