Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented, and detail-focused Customer Support Executive to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The Customer Support Executive serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, playing a crucial role in building trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a calm, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who enjoys helping people and can maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
• interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
