Required Security Guard - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance & Patrolling

• Conduct regular rounds and inspections of the premises to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Monitor all entry and exit points throughout the shift.
• Check for any security breaches, hazards, fire risks, or safety concerns.

2. Access Control

• Ensure that only authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles enter the premises.
• Maintain proper records of visitor entries and vehicle movements in a register or on digital apps.
• Verify employee ID cards, visitor passes, and delivery challans before allowing entry.

3. Incident Handling & Reporting

• Report any unusual or suspicious activity immediately to the Security Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist in emergency situations like fire, evacuation, theft, or medical emergencies.
• Maintain an incident logbook with proper records of any events during duty hours.

4. CCTV & Monitoring

• Monitor CCTV systems (if applicable) and ensure continuous observation of key areas.
• Raise alerts in case of any visual anomalies seen on surveillance footage.
• Report malfunctioning of security equipment to the concerned authority.

5. Locking, Unlocking, and Asset Protection

• Ensure proper locking and unlocking of gates, doors, and entry points at scheduled times.
• Prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized movement of company property.
• Monitor and verify the movement of goods and materials as per gate pass or material out slip.

6. Staff & Visitor Assistance

• Guide staff, clients, or guests to the right departments or reception.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor while enforcing rules professionally.
• Help maintain queue discipline at entry points or public events (if applicable).

7. Compliance & Conduct

• Follow all security and safety protocols as per company policies.
• Wear the uniform neatly and maintain professional behavior at all times.
• Cooperate with other security personnel and departments as needed.
