Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must be well-presented, courteous, and efficient in handling front-desk operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Handle visitor inquiries and guide them appropriately
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs
• Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service attitude and professional appearance
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
