Job Description

Key Responsibilities:&

Maintain and develop existing and new customers and to get more specific market insides.&
& Achieve assigned sales goals in accordance with the regional marketing and sales plans. Work proactively with customers, look after competitor activities and ensure sale objectives are met within organization strategy.& &
Follow-up of customer payments.&
Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.&
Ensure customer satisfaction.&
Travel to different locations to make sales calls.&
Develop and follow up new applications for our products.&
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives.&

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all organizational levels.
Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement technologies.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, or participate in offsite meetings.
