We need a good sales executive to pitch franchising and schools for Olympiads. Should have good English speaking and writing skills. Should be able to work on excel, PowerPoint etc. Should have good management skills and be able to manage an office. Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Sales and Development

• Identify, approach, and engage potential franchise partners interested in operating Olympiad coaching centers or educational franchises.
• Present the benefits, processes, and revenue models of franchising opportunities effectively.
• Guide prospective franchisees through the onboarding process, answering queries and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with the franchise operations team to ensure smooth setup and compliance.

2. School Outreach and Enrollment

• Reach out to schools, principals, and education coordinators to introduce Olympiad programs.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of Olympiad participation for students.
• Negotiate agreements with schools for conducting Olympiads on their campuses.
• Coordinate with schools to schedule Olympiad events, manage registrations, and provide ongoing support.

3. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management

• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of franchise prospects and school leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges.

4. Market Research and Feedback

• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and educational trends.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance Olympiad offerings and franchise models.
