The Director of Insurance - Sales leads the overall insurance sales function, defines growth strategy, drives business targets across all channels and ensures revenue and profitability for the organization. Key Responsibilities:- Set sales goals and performance metrics across all distribution channels- Drive premium income, persistency, and policy growth- Monitor competition and market trends- Provide input for new product development or channel enhancementsSkills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
