Job Description: As a Data Analyst with 0-2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection and Management

• Gather data from various sources such as internal databases, third-party APIs, surveys, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain, update, and clean datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineers to ensure smooth data integration and access to relevant databases.

2. Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Analyze data using statistical techniques and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand key metrics and indicators.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to support business decisions.

3. Reporting and Visualization

• Create regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights.
• Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to communicate results effectively.
• Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand formats for non-technical stakeholders.

4. Business Decision Support

• Work with teams in marketing, finance, product, HR, and operations to support data needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare variance and trend analyses.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes through data modeling.

5. Automation and Optimization

• Develop automated reporting systems and data pipelines using SQL, Python, or scripting tools.
• Recommend ways to improve data processes and reporting efficiency.
• Identify data quality issues and work with the technical team to resolve them.

6. Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain documentation for data definitions, metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Ensure data use complies with privacy laws and company data governance policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes by supplying required data insights.
