Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Inbound/Outbound to generate sales or appointments by calling potential customers. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services and handling customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling (Sales & Promotions)

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or cold data.
  • Explain products or services in detail to generate interest or close sales.
  • Schedule appointments, follow up on previous interactions, and handle objections effectively.
  • Record details of customer interactions and maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or outreach targets set by the manager.

2. Inbound Calling (Customer Support & Queries)

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate complex problems to senior teams.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, billing, or other service features.
  • Log customer feedback and report recurring issues to relevant departments.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers through polite and efficient communication.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated properly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or renewals.

4. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain call records, customer databases, and daily call logs accurately.
  • Generate basic reports on call outcomes, complaints, and customer responses.
  • Share key customer insights with the team to improve product offerings or customer service quality.

5. Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated with the company s product or service portfolio.
  • Be able to answer questions about specifications, benefits, pricing, and availability.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed of changes or promotions.

6. Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales or service team to transfer leads or follow up on customer requirements.
  • Share call updates or critical customer inputs during team briefings or reviews.
  • Support colleagues during peak times or assist with training new team members when required.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent Communication: & Fluent in English and local languages; clear speech, polite tone.
  • Persuasive Abilities: & Ability to influence customers and pitch products effectively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: & Strong listening skills, patience, and a helpful attitude.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: & Familiarity with call center software, CRM systems, and data entry tools.
  • Time Management: & Ability to manage call volumes and work within strict schedules.
