Job Summary

The Assistant Operations and Growth Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of operational strategies and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support & Process Management

• Assist in managing daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflows.

• Support in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely task execution.

2. Business Growth & Strategy Implementation

• Assist in executing growth strategies related to market expansion, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor key growth metrics and propose actionable insights based on data.
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align operations with growth targets.
• Contribute to research and analysis for strategic planning and competitive benchmarking.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and key project milestones.
• Generate insights to support decision-making related to cost optimization, productivity, and customer engagement.
• Track performance against monthly and quarterly goals.

4. Project Coordination & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of special projects, pilots, or operational experiments.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and performance outcomes for growth initiatives.
• Ensure team alignment through status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups.

5. Customer Experience & Service Quality

• Collaborate with support teams to ensure high standards in customer service.
• Monitor customer feedback channels and support systems (CRM, chats, etc.).
• Help implement feedback mechanisms that lead to continuous improvement in product/service delivery.

6. Vendor, Partner & Internal Coordination

• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, or growth partners.
• Assist in onboarding new partners or tools that support operational efficiency or scale.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, product, and tech teams to ensure growth initiatives are well-supported across departments.
