Role Overview
We re looking for an AI Engineering Leader to lead end-to-end AI product development for global supply chain and retail transformation. This role requires managing R&D AI projects, mentoring teams, and driving innovation using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI projects from planning to deployment
Build Generative AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT integration)
Develop and integrate deep learning and reinforcement learning models
Own the full ML lifecycle: experimentation to monitoring
Solve complex problems using sparse/incomplete datasets
Keep abreast of AI research to drive innovation and IP generation
Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery of AI roadmaps
Mandatory Skills
4 6 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:
Generative AI
Deep Learning
NLP
Computer Vision
Reinforcement Learning
AI Planning & Scheduling
Strong leadership in AI/ML product delivery
Solid understanding of project management for AI initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
(Preferred) Knowledge of Dynamic Programming
