SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration Functional Global Lead : Finance (FI/CO)
Role overview
We are looking to recruit an SAP Finance (FI/CO) versed in SAP data migration into S/4 HANA to join our SAP Consulting practice. The individual should have prior experience of working as a data migration expert on large:scale SAP transformation projects.
Our client is currently engaged in a comprehensive global transformation program that entails the replacement of their legacy ERP portfolio with SAP S/4 HANA. This is a multiyear program, and NTT DATA Services is responsible for the S/4 Data Migration Workstream.
To help our customer, achieve their strategic objectives, NTT DATA Services has implemented the use of an innovative industrialization concept designed to accelerate the data migration process in a consistent and scale out model to support across multiple yearly deployments around the world.
This role is a Global lead role, tasked with responsibility of driving, safeguarding and building, maintaining and safeguarding
the global data migration template framework and toolkit (SAP DS and SAP S/4 migration cockpit) for use by deployments teams in executing data migration from legacy source into S/4 HANA.
Responsibilities

Define and Drive data migration strategy and best practices for objects required to be migrated to S/4

Perform analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions.
:
Responsible for designing and defining migration activities: cleansing, data transformations, loads, testing, documentation (Functional specification, test scripts), etc.
:
Provide direction to technical team SAP Data Services / ABAP development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, during coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities.
:
Sole Ownership and focal point for his/her data objects in scope for migration.
:
Act as global focal, support and Interact with local Business Data Owners, deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL Team, Legacy teams, etc.

Provide training and support local business data owners and deployment team members on the data migration process.
:
Analyzes defects, issues from data readiness reports and manages data deviations working with relevant stakeholders until resolution.

10 Years of Overall experience in SAP Finance Implementations / Rollouts

3 Yeats of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience.

Dual emphasis on data migration expertise specifically for S/4 HANA : Functional and technology expertise (SAP Data services, SAP migration cockpit, LSWM, Idocs)
Motivated self:starter with good team building, and interpersonal and presentation skills

Experience and technical knowledge of Data Migration tools mainly SAP Data Services, SAP Migration cockpit Tools and Methodology

Candidate possesses excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
