Call Center Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is focused on making high-volume outbound calls to schedule appointments and support health plan members. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a results-driven attitude to a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Make up to 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer system.
• Offer, explain, and schedule free appointments for health plan members.
• Communicate with courtesy and professionalism, handling rebuttals persuasively.
• Meet daily performance goals related to outreach, engagement, and scheduling.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed with members and providers.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally using engagement systems.
• Accurately document call activities and maintain productivity expectations.
• Follow HIPAA and all applicable privacy and security regulations when handling protected health information.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of call center experience OR 2 years of general work experience required.
• Previous experience in outbound or high-volume call centers preferred.
• Familiarity with autodialers, scripting, and working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to remain persuasive and professional under pressure.
• Strong communication skills friendly, confident, and clear.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented team.
