• CTC up to 30,000 per month
• 4,068 Quarterly Bonus
• Final salary based on experience and skill level

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream) with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service
• MBA in Marketing freshers are also eligible
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)

About the Role:
The Key Account Manager - Voice Process will be responsible for managing client communication through voice-based interactions. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client requirements, offering appropriate solutions, and maintaining post-sales relationships. This position suits candidates who are strong communicators, sales-oriented, and enjoy client engagement in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support client onboarding and post-sale assistance
• Track account performance and maintain updated records
• Apply basic P&L understanding to support client growth
• Work with internal teams to resolve client concerns

Skills Required:

• Fluent communication in Hindi and English
• Confidence with basic calculations and data interpretation
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with sales orientation
