Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital communication. You will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing graphics that support our brand identity and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Your work will help shape how the world perceives our company, products, and services. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualize and execute designs that communicate our brand values and enhance user experience. This position requires a strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory. Experience in both print and digital media is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Development

• Develop original design concepts, graphics, layouts, and illustrations for a wide range of marketing and communication materials.
• Create graphics for both print and digital platforms including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, posters, packaging, and presentations.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

2. Brand Consistency

• Ensure that all designs follow the company s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to uphold a cohesive visual language and identity across all channels.
• Assist in the development of brand assets and style guides for company-wide use.

3. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, project managers, and developers to produce final design assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external vendors when required.

4. Digital and Web Design

• Design engaging web graphics, landing pages, and user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with user experience (UX) best practices.
• Create digital assets such as web banners, icons, and promotional graphics.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are correctly implemented.

5. Print Design and Production

• Prepare and deliver print-ready files for production, ensuring quality and accuracy in colors, dimensions, and file formats.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure specifications and deadlines are met.
• Understand different printing processes and materials to make appropriate design choices.

6. Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Maintain organized project files, source materials, and version control throughout the design process.
• Track design tasks, revisions, and feedback using project management tools.

7. Innovation and Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, software updates, and emerging technologies.
• Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and introduce innovative visual solutions.
• Participate in peer reviews and incorporate constructive feedback into your work.
