Technical Sales Engineer - Data Storage Systems

Technical Sales: 1. Engage with customers to understand their data storage and server switch requirements. 2. Design and propose tailored solutions leveraging our product portfolio. 3. Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and trials. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Product) to develop sales strategies. & Technical Expertise: 1. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies. 2. Provide technical guidance on data storage and server switch solutions. 3. Develop and deliver technical presentations, whitepapers, and case studies. & Sales Performance: 1. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and resellers. 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. As a bridge between customers and the internal technical teams, you will play a critical role in helping customers understand the value of our data storage solutions. You will participate in pre-sales consultations, design storage architectures, perform product demonstrations, and support post-sales implementation discussions when required. This is a customer-facing role that requires both technical expertise and sales acumen, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple and compelling way.
