Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment activities: screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
Manage job postings across various platforms.
Maintain and update the HR databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Support daily administrative HR tasks.

Who Can Apply:
Freshers or students currently pursuing their degree.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus (not mandatory).
