Required Telecaller - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling

• Make a targeted number of outbound calls daily to prospects or customers.
• Follow pre-defined scripts or customize conversations based on customer needs.
• Introduce the company s products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Pitch offers, explain benefits, and attempt to secure interest or meetings.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion

• Identify qualified leads through effective questioning and customer interaction.
• Collect and verify accurate customer data and update the CRM or database.
• Follow up with interested leads via calls, emails, or messages to convert them.
• Transfer warm leads to the sales or field team as per protocol.

3. Customer Interaction and Query Handling

• Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain a calm and helpful tone, even in challenging situations.
• Provide correct information and resolve issues, or escalate to a supervisor.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

4. Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain daily call logs, lead details, and outcomes accurately.
• Prepare reports on call volumes, conversions, and feedback received.
• Track performance metrics such as conversion rate, follow-up success, and targets met.
• Update team leaders or managers on issues, trends, or opportunities.

5. Script and Process Adherence

• Follow call center protocols, sales scripts, and compliance guidelines.
• Adhere to quality and productivity standards set by the company.
• Take feedback from supervisors constructively and implement improvements.
• Participate in regular training sessions, role-plays, and team discussions.
