Machine Operator Helper

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Machine Operator Helper to assist in the operation of automatic machines used in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will support the main operator by loading materials, handling machines manually when required, and ensuring the smooth flow of production processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced trainers and operators. The role is best suited for candidates who are hardworking, willing to learn, and interested in long-term employment. A 3-month probation period will apply, and performance-based salary hikes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators in the daily operation of automatic manufacturing machines.
• Load raw materials (such as wires, rods, or sheets) into machines manually.
• Handle basic machine tasks such as starting, stopping, or feeding materials under supervision.
• Monitor machine operations and inform the operator of any unusual noises, movements, or malfunctions.
• Clean and prepare machines before and after production runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Follow instructions from machine operators, supervisors, and trainers.
• Learn machine operation techniques and safety practices as part of daily work.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
• Physically fit and able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn machine operations and factory procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Minimum education: 8th pass or 10th pass (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
