Job Overview:

An Auto AC Technician specializes in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems in vehicles. They ensure that the vehicle 's climate control systems operate effectively and efficiently, providing comfort and safety to drivers and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults in automotive air conditioning systems.
• Repair or replace compressors, condensers, hoses, belts, and electrical controls.
• Recharge AC systems with refrigerant gas.
• Perform leak tests and vacuum procedures.
• Inspect and maintain AC components regularly.
• Work with refrigerant handling tools and recovery systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in automotive AC systems.
• Experience in servicing air conditioning systems in cars, SUVs, or commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of R-134a, R-1234yf, and other refrigerants.
