Cluster Head - Sales - FMCG/Personal Care/Consumer Goods (4-7 Yrs) Punjab/Haryana/Jammu (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Sales & Revenue Management:- Drive primary and secondary sales across the Punjab region.
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration across all towns in the cluster.Distributor & Retail Management: - Appoint and manage distributors and stockists in the assigned areas.
-Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, and claim processing.
-Resolve distributor and market-related issues promptly.Team Management: - Lead and supervise Sales Officers/Territory Sales Executives.
-Monitor daily field activities, assign targets, and review performance.

-Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong retailer engagement.

-Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and HO teams for smooth operations.
-Analyze competitor activities and propose counter-strategies.Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
-4-7 years of experience in FMCG/Personal Care/Consumer Goods sales.
-Proven experience in managing distributors and field sales teams.
-Sound knowledge of the Punjab region s retail and distribution landscape.Skills Required: - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Ability to travel extensively within the region.
