Job Type: On RollChannel: AgencyLocation: Kannur, KeralaJob Summary:The Sales & Marketing Officer in the BFSI sector is responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products and services insurance, mutual funds, or banking products, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This role blends direct sales with strategic marketing to support the company s growth objectives and enhance customer relationships.Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new customers for banking, insurance, and financial products.- Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial services to existing customers.- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.- Maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
-Required all semester marksheets.
-Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person) - Preferred local candidate.
