JD - Sales Coordinator cum export executive:- Coordinate with customer for order related communications.
-Forward Quotation to the clients - Collect PO.
-Make and forward Performa Invoice to Customers - Attend order related complaints and queries - Collection of payments.
-Coordinate with internal departments till final dispatch.
-Documentation of export, viz pre -shipment and post - shipment.
-Coordination with the CHA during export.
-Maintain Client relationship as guided by the seniors - Maintain relevant record related to sales and payment collection .
-Maintain order summary, sales register, sample information.
