Job Description
Role: Key account ManagerFull-Time: On SiteLocation: Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 4JD:The role will involve inside sales cycle management - from lead generation to closure (on-boarding the customer). You will get significant startup exposure that will provide you a suitable career platform.Candidate Skill Set:- Go-getter with passion for technical sales- A team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving skills- Experience in B2B selling of HRMS/SaaS products.- Should have strong & effective communication and negotiation skills.- Self-motivated and able to independently manage the clients.Role and Responsibility:- Take over key accounts from the business development team.- Coordinate with customer, business development and operation team to ensure best service and support with the goal of achieving customer delight.- Define KPI s for customers and track them to enhance repeat sales.- Ensures subscription revenue target and client retention.- Increase repeat orders from an account.- Upsell and Cross-sell to the existing customers.- Dealing with company CEO, Director, VP, HR & Corporates and Institutions.- Building and maintaining the relationship with partners & key decision makers.- Passionate about creating value for customers.
