Must have strong experience in BFSI, Fintech sales, and IT services sales.Should have experience working closely with CFOs, CXOs, and senior leadership teams.IDC is seeking for its client an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business development and account-based marketing, with a proven track record of building successful sales strategies, cultivating relationships with key clients, and exceeding sales targets.What We Do:We work with our clients to help them build a successful digital business with. We have worked across a range of solutions in the area of digital platforms, Big Data, Artificial intelligence, IoT and blockchain to name a few. Add to this our recognition as innovators in the technical world and you ll start to see why working here is refreshingly different.Responsibilities:- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks in BFSI and Fintech sector.- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with current and potential partners and large enterprises mostly in Banks, NBFC, Housing Finance companies.- Should know the Fintech and BFSI ecosystem very well- Generate business for IDC Digital in India by acquiring large transformational projects from new logos.
-The areas of engagement will include digital platforms and product development, Data platform, IoT platforms and products, Blockchain, AI, AR & VR and other emerging technologies.- Connect with Executive leadership in the prospect organization for understanding their business priorities for transformation- Works with other teams in the IDC Digital ecosystem to build the point of view/ solution for client.- Present the IDC Digital solution and proposal to the client executive leadership.- Create the Commercial structure of the deal in collaboration with other stakeholders in IDC Digital and conduct negotiations with customers for closing the deal.- Conduct negotiations on and close contracts with customers- Track competitive activity, build plans to effectively counter it.- Build relationships with internal IDC Digital teams to ensure the required support levels are obtained to close sales.- Become a trusted and valued partner of the client CXO and team.- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends and products- Demonstrate financial stewardship in all interactions and existing relationship management, internally and externally Skills/Qualification:- Minimum 10 total years of software sales, with past experience in pre-sales or delivery management as desirable- Must have proven capability and past experience in shaping up and closing large deals, ability to work independently, capability to establish relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and the ability to interact and work effectively across all levels of the customer organizations- Experience of selling solutions to CXO level stakeholders- Must have closed multi - million dollar deals in software services- Masters Degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing and sales or related field of study.- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team- Written and verbal communication skills- Good interpersonal skills and professional demeano (ref:updazz.com)
