Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow our Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channel.
-The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with DSAs, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales targets.
-The role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of the LAP product.- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to drive business growth.- Ensure that DSAs are properly trained on products, processes, and sales techniques.- Work closely with the DSA team to generate leads and convert them into loan applications.
