Customer Service Role (1-5 Yrs) Delhi (After-Sales/Customer Service)

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Australian customers with inquiries, complaints, or service requests.2. Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, or processes.3. Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.4. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company quality standards during all interactions.- Update and maintain customer records in the system accurately.5. Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quality and resolution rates.7.
