Required Office Boy - Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a trustworthy and dependable Office Boy to join our team. The Office Boy will be responsible for day-to-day office maintenance, housekeeping, serving refreshments, and running basic errands. The ideal candidate must be honest, reliable, loyal, and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility toward assigned tasks and company property. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment for staff and visitors. A dedicated Office Boy helps ensure smooth internal operations and a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Housekeeping:
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entire office including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
  • Dust furniture, sweep and mop floors, and ensure hygiene standards are met daily.
  • Take out trash and handle waste disposal responsibly.
• Pantry & Hospitality Services:
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pantry area and ensure stock of kitchen supplies (milk, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.).
  • Wash cups, utensils, and ensure the refreshment area is always tidy.
• Messenger & Errand Duties:
  • Deliver and collect documents, files, parcels, and packages within or outside the office.
  • Support staff in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing as needed.
  • Assist in running small errands such as bank visits, courier drop-offs, or purchasing office supplies.
• General Office Support:
• Assist administrative staff with clerical work when required.
• Help set up meeting rooms, arrange chairs, and prepare spaces for internal events.
• Monitor and restock office supplies like stationery and toiletries.
