You will be responsible for addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support to our US-based clients.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS and Azure infrastructure and services- Provide accurate and efficient solutions by leveraging cloud platform knowledge- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams with proper documentation- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and cloud technologies- Log and track customer issues using CRM and ticketing tools- Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and issue resolutionRequirements:- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support roles with exposure to US clients- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure (certification is a plus)- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment- Experience using support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs- Willingness to work in US time zone (Night Shift)Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals- Prior experience in tech support for SaaS or cloud-based platforms (ref:updazz.com)
