Bench Sales Role - Recruitment (0-1 Yrs) Hyderabad (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and ambitious freshers to join our dynamic Bench Sales team. This is a night shift position ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in US IT recruitment and sales. You will be responsible for lead generation, marketing consultants on the bench, and working closely with vendors and clients to place consultants on projects.Key Responsibilities:- Market IT consultants (bench candidates) to potential clients and vendors- Generate leads through job portals, networking sites, and cold calling- Maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients- Update and manage consultant profiles in the database- Schedule interviews and follow up with clients and consultants- Work closely with the recruitment team to close open positions- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targetsRequirements:- Any Bachelor s degree (BBA, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong desire to learn and grow in IT staffing/sales- Ability to work in the US time zone (Night Shift)- Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus but not mandatoryPreferred Skills (Good to Have):- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or LinkedIn- Knowledge of H1B, GC, and other work authorizations in the US (ref:updazz.com)
