Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling online UG and PG degree programs to prospective students. The role involves end-to-end sales, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for students.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with potential students through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).- Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right online degree programs based on their career goals.- Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively to maximize conversions.- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely enrollments and meet sales targets.- Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM tools.- Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape.Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling, preferably in the edtech or education sector.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.What We Offer:- Competitive salary with attractive incentives.- Opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic industry.- Career growth and learning opportunities.
