Job Summary:The Sales and Marketing Manager has to identify the marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements to improve the product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.Channel: Agency Roll-Type: On-Roll Roles and Responsibilities: - Managing and developing sales and marketing staff, including hiring, training, and coaching employees.
-To Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
-Developing and managing sales and marketing budgets, including creating sales pipeline projections.
-Need to conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, helping to shape strategies, messaging, or product development.
-Working collaboratively with other departments, including sales, product development, and HR, to align strategies and achieve common goals. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets.
