Key Responsibilities & Expectations:- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for wedding photography services.- Explain photography packages, pricing, and deliverables to potential clients.- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.- Track and update client interactions in CRM or internal systems.- Meet monthly targets as set by the management.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Number of inquiries handled per week.- Lead conversion rate basis the sales funnel.- Monthly insights on leads- Follow-up efficiency (response time, closure rate).Skills & Proficiencies:- Strong communication and persuasion skills.- Basic understanding of wedding photography trends.- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.- Organized and good with follow-ups.- Basic understanding on Excel, power-point and Canva- Solution-led approach- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in wedding photography or related industries.
