We are hiring for multiple positions:- Sales Manager - Corporate Agency Manager - Sales Development Manager - Relationship ManagerSalary Package: - CTC: - 3.00 LPA - 4.00 LPA Incentives Other AllowancesJob Responsibilities: - Identify and recruit potential Financial Advisors from your network.
-Provide training on products, IRDA regulations, sales strategies, and soft skills.
-Guide advisors through the IRDA Exam process to generate their code.
-Set and review sales targets for advisors, ensuring maximum business generation.
-Organize contests & campaigns to generate leads for potential clients & advisors.
