Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven& Field Sales Executive& to promote and sell our& Facility Management services,& Infraeye smart infrastructure solutions, and& Waste Management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, visiting client sites, understanding requirements, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Promote& Facility Management& services including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and pest control.
Demonstrate and explain& InfraEye& product app.
Offer& Waste Management& solutions like garbage collection, segregation systems, recycling, and disposal services.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and customer meetings to pitch services and products.
Understand customer needs and prepare customized proposals/quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (property managers, builders, municipal bodies, corporate clients, etc.).
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (any degree)
Field sales experience, preferably in facility services, tech solutions, or environmental services.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to travel extensively within the& assigned region in Bangalore.
