- Provide technical support and service to customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of products

- Conduct site visits to assess product installations, perform maintenance, and repairs

- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers

- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate and effective support

- Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships

Requirements:
- Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or equivalent work experience

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical support

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients
