Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves talking to customers over the phone, answering their questions, generating leads, and encouraging them to take our services or products. You should have a polite and convincing communication style, along with the ability to meet targets and maintain positive customer relations.

Your Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and introduce them to our services or products.
Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
Share detailed information about our offerings and guide them through the process.
Follow up with leads from different marketing sources.
Keep records updated in our system or CRM.
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.
Maintain a helpful, friendly, and respectful relationship with customers.
Share daily updates and reports with your supervisor or manager.

Skills We re Looking For:

Good spoken communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge especially MS Excel and familiarity with customer databases or CRM.
Confident, persuasive, and good at listening.
Comfortable working with targets and pressure.
Team spirit with a positive and energetic attitude.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
6 months to 1 year of relevant telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in the share market will be an added advantage.
