Job Title: Sales Officer Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: The Sales Officer is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling the company s products or services. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory or segment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, calls, and referrals.
-Sell products/services to existing and prospective customers to meet revenue targets.
-Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
-Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations as required.
-Ensure proper product display and visibility in the market (if retail/FMCG).
-Track sales data, prepare regular reports, and update CRM systems. Requirements: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Commerce).
-Experience: 1-3 years in sales (field/retail/telecom/insurance/FMCG preferred).
-Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
