Proficiency in proposal writing software and tools.BID Manager: trackNOW pvt ltd- Develop and implement a comprehensive bid management process tailored to government projects.- Lead bid teams, including cross-functional collaboration with technical, sales, and delivery teams.- Must have an excellent understanding of entire Bidding processes including requirement of various documentary requirement which are required for Tender / RFP from Internal (finance, sales, technical) as we ll External stake holders (OEMs).- Analyses RFP/RFI/RFQs issued by government departments and agencies and do the Tender / RFP evaluation as per the Prequalification s criteria and organize the internal meeting to discuss within various stake holders.- Must have excellent relations with OEMs and their account teams to get the winning support.- Develop winning proposals aligned with government tender requirements and evaluation criteria.- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis for government projects.Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.- Manage bid timelines, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.- Develop and maintain a bid library of reusable content specific to government projects.- Collaborate with sales teams to identify government opportunities and develop bid strategies.- Track and report on bid metrics and performance.- Ensure compliance with government procurement procedures and regulations- Develop pricing strategies for government projects.
