Job Description
The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling specific products or services within a defined market or product category. This role involves in-depth product knowledge, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to close sales.Key Responsibilities:- Develop expertise in a specific product or service line to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.- Identify new sales opportunities and target potential customers.- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales goals.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.Requirements:- Proven sales experience, preferably in a specialized field or industry.- Strong understanding of the product/service being sold.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.Working Conditions: Full-time, with occasional travel or client visits, depending on the industry.Contact: Interested candidate should share there resume on 97267 21114 (ref:updazz.com)
