Job Overview:

We are seeking a goal-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive Business Loans to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and servicing small and medium business clients seeking financial support through business loans. You will play a key role in driving loan disbursement targets while ensuring customer satisfaction, proper documentation, and compliance with internal and regulatory policies. This role is suitable for candidates with a strong interest in financial products, a deep understanding of business customer profiles, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and generate leads for business loans through cold calling, field visits, references, online platforms, and business directories.
• Visit potential customers (SMEs, traders, professionals) to understand their funding requirements.
• Participate in loan melas, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

2. Product Pitching & Consultation

• Explain features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits of business loan products.
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable loan products (working capital loans, term loans, machinery loans, etc.).
• Build trust and relationships with clients to close deals effectively.

3. Application Processing

• Collect and verify loan application documents such as KYC, bank statements, GST filings, ITRs, and business proofs.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely processing and approval.
• Ensure accurate data entry in CRM or loan origination systems.

4. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Provide regular updates to customers on application status.
• Handle post-sales queries, EMI schedules, and support documentation.
• Maintain long-term relationships for repeat loans and cross-sell opportunities.

5. Target Achievement & Reporting

• Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports, lead status updates, and market feedback.
• Maintain MIS for pipeline and conversions.
