Required Office Boy - Kolkata

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and smart Office Boy to support our daily operations in the office and godown (warehouse) . The role includes assisting in general office work, material handling, loading/unloading, delivery of goods, and basic documentation support. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, attentive, and capable of understanding and identifying materials by brand and name.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Work Support

• Assist with daily office tasks such as photocopying, filing, document handling, and serving refreshments.
• Collect and deliver documents or small parcels within the local area.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in office premises (tables, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.).

2. Material Handling & Warehouse Tasks

• Load and unload goods from transport vehicles at the godown or client sites.
• Assist in packing materials accurately as per orders or instructions.
• Handle and move items safely to avoid damage.
• Stack materials systematically in shelves or storage areas.

3. Delivery of Goods

• Support in preparing items for delivery, checking items against bills or purchase orders.
• Deliver goods to customers or vendors in a timely and secure manner (local travel).
• Collect delivery acknowledgments or documents if required.

4. Stock & Inventory Assistance

• Identify and segregate materials based on brand name, size, or customer requirement.
• Assist in counting and recording stock during stock audits or inventory checks.
• Keep track of returned goods or damaged items and report to supervisor.
