Job Description

& We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Counsellor/Tele caller to join our team.&

The ideal candidate will have:&

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound calling&

- Ability to convert calls into meetings, which will be executed by the Branch Manager&

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English&

- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel&

- Good looking personality and team working attitude&

Responsibilities:&

- Handle calls from IVR, Facebook data, and convert them into meetings for our business model&

- Follow training provided by the business department to achieve targets&

- Meet and exceed monthly targets&

- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to execute meetings and achieve business objectives

Customer-Centric Approach: Understand and value customer needs and guide them toward suitable solutions.
Persistence: Ability to follow up consistently and not give up easily on potential leads.
Time Management: Organize and prioritize calling tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing or sales) for smooth lead handoff and improved results.
Adaptability: Ability to learn about new services and industry trends to stay relevant in conversations.
