Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Field Sales Executive to increase the sales of our FMCG brand. The candidate will be required to visit the market and contact the retail stores and distributors, book orders and formulate strategies to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling products in the field

Maintaining regular contact with retail stores and distributors

Taking orders and ensuring timely delivery

Collecting market information and preparing reports

Meeting sales targets on time

Qualification:

Minimum 10th pass

Field sales experience (FMCG experience preferred)

Good knowledge of local area

Effective communication and persuasion skills

Two-wheeler and driving license mandatory

Key Skills:

• Sales-driven with a go-getter attitude
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Familiarity with local retail channels and market routes
• Basic math and reporting skills; ability to use mobile apps for order taking/reporting
