Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (1-12 Yrs) Kerala/Kottayam (BFSI Sales)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, and leading a high-performing sales team.Roles & Responsibilities:- Handle inbound/outbound calls with potential clients- Schedule and confirm site visits- Coordinate with sales team and follow up post-visits- Maintain accurate records of sales done by sales team.- Build and Identify new business opportunities and generate leads via calls, networking, and site visits.- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch appropriate services.- Close projects and meet revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.- Prepare client proposals and follow through to closure.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
