Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement to support overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).
Create engaging, high-quality content including copy, images, and short-form video tailored to each platform.
Monitor SEO and user engagement, and adjust strategy based on insights.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social content with brand and campaign goals.
Track KPIs and performance metrics; provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
Engage with online community and respond to customer inquiries/comments in a timely manner.
Manage and grow influencer and brand ambassador relationships.
Oversee paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2 5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Proven track record of growing followers, engagement, and conversion through social channels.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
