Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive& Telesales Executive& to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi, and English, and have a passion for healthcare and wellness. A& medical background& is highly preferred to better understand customer needs and communicate product benefits effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our Ayurvedic health products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Answer customer queries related to health conditions, dosages, and product suitability.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Educational background in medical, paramedical, or life sciences is preferred.
• Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
